Lately I’ve been asked to review Strong Future International, or as it’s mostly known as SFI, to conclude whether or not this is in fact a good business opportunity or not. Personally I am an affiliate with SFI myself, so I know it’s pros and cons from experience. However, I am hereby listing the advantages and disadvantages to being an SFI affiliate.

Stability: SFI has seen it’s beginning in 1998. It’s founder, Gery Carson, is a well known successful businessman. His experience in the business industry goes back to 1985, and throughout the years he’s been featured in lots of business success magazines worldwide.

Compensation Plan: TripleClicks is a subdivision of SFI, responsible for product selling on the internet. Joining SFI is completely free, no hidden charges. At SFI no one is ever required to purchase anything in order to be eligible for compensation, as one can easily achieved required points (called VersaPoints) through referring people into the system and helping them achieve points themselves. However it’s a fact that purchasing makes it much easier to achieve required points, thus being eligible for higher amounts of payouts. SFI’s compensation plan is widely spread and one can earn commission on up to 7 levels of downline members.

Purchasing Shipping Cost Problem: Purchasing rewards buyer with higher points and commissions…but what if you are situated far away from the company location (America)? Personally I’m from Malta, and I made purchases through TripleClicks. Service was great, prices too…but shipping charges were actually higher than the price itself. In other words, I had to pay more than double the item’s price to have them shipped over. As expected, lots (including me) voiced their problem to the management of SFI, and Gery Carson found a solution to it, which, as at this moment that I’m writing this article, is in the process of getting launched.

E-Commerce Associates Solution Coming Soon: This is going to allow all SFI affiliates located worldwide to refer any shops in their own locality to a special gateway. Subject to being accepted, those who opt to become ECA’s will be able to promote and sell their own goods back to back with TripleClicks products at wholesale prices. Every item sold through the ECA program will provide a generous amount of VersaPoints, ensuring better commissions. Moreover, all affiliates will be eligible to receive lifetime royalties on every single sale made worldwide from the shops he/she referred. When this program is launched, it is expected to minimise, or in some cases even completely eliminate shipping charges.

SFI provides some marketing training through it’s system, mostly based on traditional recruiting techniques. However, from personal experience, these do help, but in short term. Building an online business on long term requires further training and better marketing strategies, top requirement being the art of not promoting your business, but promoting yourself as the best leader around.

Can you be successful in SFI? If you’ve been online marketing already, you know that for every person who joins your business, you get nine who won’t. Personally, I’ve recruited over 140 people in the SFI business through my own efforts in just three months…but sales made through my downline, resulting in commissions? Very poor amount considering the time I spent to sponsor people in!

So how can you prosper in SFI? Easy! You have to quit using traditional techniques. You have to stop promoting anyone else’s company, and learn the art of promoting yourself as the best leader around. You need to learn how to generate more leads, close more sales, and even monetise all leads who won’t join your primary business. You can only prosper in SFI only if you promote yourself.
