What Would The Ultimate Lead Generation System Look Like
I have been in network marketing, multi level marketing, for many years. I know the industry well. I started way back when there wasn’t such thing as a lead generation system. I used to buy lead lists and sit and dial for dollars for days. Those days are pretty well in the past. It is not as efficient and effective as today’s Online marketing.
The Good And The Bad
Network marketing is one of the best ways to get top products to many consumers. However, the sales associates, distributors, as they are operating their businesses have found four main problems. Sadly, these problems have cause many to give up. The first problem is that of generating leads. Now that we can find more prospects, in more dynamic ways Online, more people are realizing their dreams of having a successful business. The most important thing a good lead generation system does is to perpetually bring in new life blood into the network you are building. The ultimate system, though, will sort the tire kickers from the serious through a filtering process.
Show Me The Money
The second common problem it was difficult to get newly recruited distributors to stay long enough to start making money. The start up costs along with delayed income production would cause people to get frustrated and quit. So I was always bringing in new people and training them and then losing them. It’s called attrition in the industry.
The answer to this problem would be to get as many distributors as possible into cash flow as soon as possible. There are some ingenious lead generating systems now that even have auto pilot cash flow plans to lower the attrition rate.
Plug Them In
The third problem has been getting quality marketing training to all of the organization. Many people that enter the network marketing industry have never been an entreprenuers before. Team building is a vital part of having a successful, long term business. The ultimate plan would be to be able to immediately plug new distributors into a complete training system. This used to be very labor intensive for me but that was the “olden days”. Now, thanks to the Internet all the team building and marketing training can be done classroom style right Online.
Do As I Do
The fourth and final challenge which network marketers have faced for decades is that of getting their organization to duplicate the processes necessary to get to success. Without duplication the whole system breaks down. But the new (and ultimate) lead generation systems make the steps of duplication so simple that, truly, a child could do it. The industry has changed dramatically because of effective and efficient systems.
