Afterwards, it makes sense to join groups related to your business interests, such as ‘work from home’ and ‘making money online’ groups.
How to use psychological triggers to effectively get lots of leads
Here is where psychological triggers come in. Through what I like to call a ‘virtual handshake’ you can start connecting with others belonging to the same groups you’re in.
Let’s pretend Joe is in the same ‘work from home’ group I’m in. To virtually shake hands with Joe, I send him the following message:
“Hi Joe, I see you’re in the same ‘work from home’ group I’m in. We havn’t connected yet so I thought I should say hi.
I love meeting others through social networking, I’ve learned so much from others, especially Norbert’s training on how to get 100 leads per day. What did you think of it? Personally I’m really glad he posted a replay at http://www.globalsuccessmarketing.com

I mentioned Norbert’s training and ‘assumed’ Joe already knew about Norbert’s training. Then I’ve put psychological pressure on Joe, asking him for his opinion about it. This will make him extra curious to check out what he’s missing.
In order not to feel left out, Joe will most probably visit the site I mentioned in the message I sent him, to satisfy his ‘need to belong’.
Using this technique, one can start generating leads by the hour. I recommend jump-starting lead generation by doing about 100 virtual handshakes of this sort per day. You’d be amazed by the quick results you get using this strategy.
